These are the kind of movies that make me feel like I’m a kid again. Kung Fu Panda was an entertaining and fun-filled film that kept me interested from the beginning till the end. It absolutely lived up to my expectations and was just as good as the previous ones.
About the movie:
Living large and loving life, Po realizes that he has a lot to learn if he’s going to fulfill the next challenge from his beloved instructor. After reuniting with his long-lost father, Po must transition from student to teacher and train a group of fun-loving, clumsy pandas to become martial-arts fighters. Together, the kung-fu brethren unite to take on the evil Kai, a supernatural warrior who becomes stronger with each battle.
The visuals in this was amazing. I sometimes think about the effort that these creators and artists put into animation and it’s inspiring. They did a fantastic job in the colour, action sequence and the environment. I’m glad to see that this movie made almost double of it’s budget.
With the villain and chi stuff put aside, it was delightful to see the topic about identity and finding yourself, learning and spreading knowledge to others, as well as the combined love for Po from his biological dad and his adopted father. There were also some memorable life quotes in there!
Also, the other pandas were awesome and cute. Too bad there wasn’t much of the other main characters from the previous movies but as expected due to the plot. They’re still there though to leave an impression.
I would definitely recommend this movie, especially if you just want to de-stress and relax.
Cute, funny and fun, what’s not to love?
Have you seen Kung Fu Panda 3 yet? What did you think of it?
